Destination List

The Destination List allows you to register and edit scan destination addresses for Fax to Cloud. If a Destination List has not been registered to the Epson Connect service, you cannot use the Fax to Cloud service. You can register up to 60 destinations to the Destination List.
Important:
The Fax to Cloud menu is only displayed if your printer is compatible with the Fax to Cloud function.
The Fax to Cloud function may not be available for online services depending on the country or region.
You can register email addresses and online services as destinations.
Email Address: Sends fax received data to an email address. Select this if you want to specify a printer email address.
Online Services: Saves scanned data to an online service. Select the name of the service as the destination.
Note:
When sending fax received data by email, the printer's email address is used as the sender's address.
You can find the printer's email address on the Printer Email Address menu.
If you enter an online service as the destination, you need a user account for that online service. Create a user account with the online service first. See the Web site for each online service for more information on creating an account.
You can register up to 10 user accounts for each online service, including Scan to Cloud and Fax to Cloud.

Adding an email address

Click Add.
Select Send to Email.
Click Next.
Enter the following items.
Item
Description
Display Name
Displays the destination name on your printer panel. You can enter up to 20 characters.
Email address
Displays the destination email address.
Note*
Allows you to enter optional text such as management information.
Subject of Fax*
Contains the subject of the email being sent fax. You can enter up to 100 characters.
Body of Fax*
Contains the body of the email being sent fax. You can enter up to 300 characters.
Subject of Fax Report*
Contains the subject of the email being sent fax report. You can enter up to 100 characters.
Body of Fax Report*
Contains the body of the email being sent fax report. You can enter up to 300 characters.
Email Notification Settings
When saving has failed:
Set the destination for the email to be notified when sending is failed.
If you select Send a notification to the following email address, enter email address for the notification.
When sending has succeeded:
Set whether or not to notify by email when the sending is successful.
When you select it, the destination set in When saving has failed is notified.
*: Above items are optional.
Click OK.
You are returned to the Destination List.
If you want to cancel the destination registration, click Cancel.

Adding Evernote

Click Add.
Select Send to Evernote as the online service.
Click Next.
Enter the following items.

Display Name
Displays the Address name on your printer panel. The default value is "Evernote".
Email address
Enter the email address you received from Evernote when you registered.
Note*
Allows you to enter optional text such as management information.
Subject of Fax*
Contains the subject of the email being sent fax. You can enter up to 100 characters.
Body of Fax*
Contains the body of the email being sent fax. You can enter up to 300 characters.
Subject of Fax Report*
Contains the subject of the email being sent fax report. You can enter up to 100 characters.
Body of Fax Report*
Contains the body of the email being sent fax report You can enter up to 300 characters.
Email Notification Settings
When saving has failed:
Set the destination for the email to be notified when sending is failed.
If you select Send a notification to the following email address, enter email address for the notification.
When sending has succeeded:
Set whether or not to notify by email when the sending is successful.
When you select it, the destination set in When saving has failed is notified.

Click OK.
You are returned to the Destination List.
If you want to cancel the destination registration, click Cancel.

Adding Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box

Important:
The only restricted features in Fax to Cloud are the following services.
Google Drive: Shared with me
Google Workspace: Shared drives
Dropbox Business: Team Space (Team Folders)
Dropbox Family: Family Room folder
Microsoft OneDrive: Shared
Click Add.
Select the service name you want to add from the online services list.
Click Next.
Allow Fax to Cloud to access the online service.
Note:
If you have already been granted permission to link to the selected online service, the account selection screen is displayed and you can add destinations and accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions.
When the access complete message is displayed, click Close to close your browser.
The adding destination screen is displayed.
Enter the following items.

Display Name
Displays the Address name on your printer panel. You can enter up to 20 characters.
Authenticated account
The email address authenticated as an account for online service linkage is displayed.
Specify a Fax destination folder
To specify a folder, select the check box, and then select the folder where you want to save fax received data.
If a destination folder is not specified, an "Epson Connect (FAX)" folder is automatically created for saved data.
Specify a Fax Report destination folder
To specify a folder, select the check box, and then select the folder where you want to save fax report data.
If a destination folder is not specified, an "Epson Connect (FAXReport)" folder is automatically created for saved data.

If you select Send a notification to the following email address, enter email address for the notification.

You are returned to the Destination List.

Adding SharePoint Online

Click Add.
Select Send to SharePoint Online / Send to Microsoft Teams as the online service.
Click Next.
Allow Fax to Cloud to access SharePoint Online.
Note:
If you have already been granted permission to link to the selected online service, the account selection screen is displayed and you can add destinations and accounts. Follow the on-screen instructions.
When the access complete message is displayed, click Close to close your browser.
The select site screen is displayed.
Enter the site name or URL you want to add to the distination, and then click OK.
The site confirmation screen is displayed.
Check the site name, and then click OK.
The adding destination screen is displayed.
Enter the following items.

Maintaining the Destination List

You can use the following items when maintaining the Destination List.
Add: Adds a destination address.
Edit: Edits the contents of a destination address.
Delete: Deletes a destination address.
Move Up/Move Down: Changes the display order of the Destination List. This order is also reflected in the destination list on the product’s control panel.
