Transfer Printer Email Address/Settings

If you have bought a new printer, received a printer as a gift, or are disposing of your old printer, you can transfer the email address you were using to the new printer.
Note:
You need to register the new printer to the Epson Connect service before you can transfer the printer’s email address.
When you transfer a printer’s email address, the Approved Senders List, Email Notification Settings, the Destination List for scan, and the Destination List for fax are also transferred. If you transfer the printer's email address to the same type of printer, the Print Settings and the Destination List for scanning are also transferred.
Click Transfer Printer Email/Settings.
Follow the on-screen instructions to select the target printer to which you want to transfer settings, and the source printer from which you want to transfer settings.
Note:
When selecting the old printer, email addresses that are displayed without product names and serial numbers are addresses that were registered but are no longer used. These email addresses are available for use.
If a confirmation screen is displayed, check that the setup details are correct.
Click OK to transfer the printer.
Note:
If you are going to dispose of an old printer or give it away, transfer the printer's email address first, and then delete the printer from the Epson Connect service.
Restart your printer(s).
Note:
Restarting your printer(s) completes the transfer process.
