When you sign out of the User Page, you cannot access the User Page functions, but you can still view the FAQ, Help, Contact Us, Terms of Use, and Privacy Statement. Sign Out is always displayed at the top-right of the screen.

You are signed out from the User Page, and the Sign In screen is displayed.
