User Information

You can edit your account settings such as the registered email address or the sign in password registered to the User Page.

Checking Your Account Settings

You can use the following procedure to check your registered account settings.
Click and then Account Information.
The Account Information screen is displayed.
Displays the email address used to sign in.
The password used to sign in to the User Page. For security reasons this is not displayed.
Displays the language, time zone, and time format that you set.
Click Close.

Changing your email address for signing in

You can change your registered email address. Once you change it, you can sign in to the User Page using the new address.
Note:
When you enter your new email address, the system automatically sends a confirmation email to the new address. Make sure you check your email client before entering the new email address.
On the Account Information screen, click Change Email Address.
Enter your new email address in New email address.
Note:
You cannot copy the email address and paste it in the box.
Enter the new address again in New email address (confirmation).
Click OK.
A confirmation email is sent to your new email address. Click the URL link in the email to open a web page where you can activate the changed email address.
Note:
If you cannot go to the page from the link in the email, enter the URL directly into your browser.
On the Change Username (email address) screen, enter the email address currently registered to the User Page in Enter your current Username (email address).
Note:
You cannot copy the email address and paste it in the box.
Click OK.

Changing your password

You can change the password used to sign in to the User Page.
Click Change Password.
Enter your current password into Current Password.
Note:
You cannot copy the password and paste it in the box.
Enter your new password into New Password.
Enter the new password again into New Password (confirmation).
Click Apply, and then click OK to apply the settings.

Changing the display language and time settings

You can change the display language of the User Page, country/region, time zone, and date/time format settings.
Click Change language and time settings.
In each box, choose a setting from the pull-down menu.
Click Apply, and then click OK to apply the settings.
Language
Select a display language for the User Page.
Country/Region
Select the country or region in which the printer or the scanner is located.
Time Zone
Select the time zone in which the printer or the scanner is located.
Select to receive the date of print and scan logs. The time displayed is for Daylight Saving Time (summer time). Daylight Saving Time (summer time) is automatically applied to the time displayed for the selected time zone.
Time Format
Select the time format.

Deleting user account

You can use the Epson Connect service with your account. Printer/Scanner(s) are automatically assigned to your account.
You can delete your account from the Epson Connect service, however, you need to delete any registered printers or scanners before deleting your account. You cannot delete only your account from the Epson Connect service as this also removes the owner of the printer/scanner(s).
Click Delete User Account.
Click Delete.
Click OK on the confirmation screen.
