Epson is aware of the heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age of 13. The Sites are not intended for children and are not targeted to children under the age of 13. Epson does not knowingly collect personal information from children (as defined by the U.S. Children's Privacy Protection Act, or “COPPA”). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete this information.
